Non-negotiable
Our principles.
Not marketing. Rules you can hold us to — and the first five are on the home page because they are the ones that decide how everything else behaves.
- 01Your information is yours.
The Big Help does not own the information you bring to the platform. You can export it, and you can require its erasure.
- 02You decide who sees it.
Disclosure happens through permissions you grant, one counterparty at a time, and it can be withdrawn.
- 03We never sell introductions.
Access is not auctioned, promoted or ranked. Nobody pays to be put in front of you.
- 04We never sell your data.
Your transaction is not an advertising product and is not shared with anyone you have not approved.
- 05We remain neutral.
The Big Help provides the infrastructure. The parties make the decisions. We verify facts; we do not rank, rate or recommend.
- 06We never recommend investments.
No scores, no ratings, no matching engine deciding which opportunity suits you. Verification supports judgement; it does not replace it.
- 07Trust before growth.
A capability that would grow the platform at the cost of a customer's confidentiality does not ship.
- 08Simplicity before features.
Fewer things, working reliably, in a product people use while a transaction is at stake.
- 09Security before convenience.
Where the two conflict, the friction stays. Controls that can be skipped are not controls.
- 10Every action leaves a record.
Permissions, disclosures and revocations are recorded, and the record is retained so its integrity can be checked.
